Stepping into Spring

It’s time to take one last look at Winter and bid our final goodbyes. We are stepping into Spring ready to conquer all the endless activities the new season has to offer. Let's enjoy the sunshine and do everything we couldn’t do this winter, like

1. Go for a bike ride

Biking can come in handy especially if you are someone who enjoys nature. Bike riding is fun not just for getting your core workout done, but for boosting your mental health as well. It’s a great way to start off your day with a positive mindset. Did we mention the beautiful Spring weather and blossoming flowers?    


2. Take a walk in the sun:

Why sit at home when you can enjoy the outdoors and take a brisk walk? There are many benefits to walking such as improving blood circulation, lightening up your mood, and boosting your sleep schedule! Taking a walk is a relaxing and enjoyable Spring activity that has countless benefits.  Don’t forget the sunscreen!



3. Go to happy-hour outside:

Leave your house and enjoy amazing happy hour deals in your neighborhood! Enjoy an ice cold beer or some savory wine while socializing with others – albeit outside and from a distance! 



4. Go on a picnic:

No matter where you live, it is almost impossible to escape that secret spot you’ve been eyeing for so long by the beach or in the park for the perfect picnic! Picnics give you the opportunity to enjoy company in a unique environment. Meditate, observe the exquisite surroundings, sing songs, share some laughs, or just catch up with your friends or family members. Picnics are also great for playing board games, people watching, and eating delicious picnic snacks like cheese, olives, and crackers. 


5. Plant flowers:

Planting flowers is a wonderful spring time activity because flowers tend to grow and blossom more quickly when the weather is warm and the sun is shining. 6. Visit a farm:

Take a break from your daily routine and take a trip to a farm instead. Spring is the busiest season of all on the farm. Most flowers bloom during Spring compared to any other season of the year. 


7. Getting dressed in your favorite spring styles:

Put your sweaters and sweatshirts to the back of your closet and bring out your spring dresses and blouses. Swap your ankle boots for sandals or flats, and your heavy coat for a trendy jacket. The sunny spring days are right in front of us and you no longer need to hold on to your bulky layers.
