AquaVita merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less any shipping charges and duties paid) if returned to our returns department within 14 days of delivery date.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations.
- Item(s) must have all original tags attached.
- Any sale item(s) or item(s) purchased using a promotional code is not eligible for return.
- Any merchandise marked final sale is not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.
- Gift card purchases are final sale, no exceptions.
- If an item appears damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days or item will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

Kindly allow 10-12 business days for your return to be fully checked in and processed. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email and will be fully refunded back to the purchase method in which the item was purchased.
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges due to the high volume of orders. If you need a different size/color please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order (if applicable).
